Searing Industries was founded by a legend in the industry, Richard Searing.
If there is one principle that defined Richard Searing as a businessman, it was service. When he founded Searing Industries in 1985—this principle became the cornerstone of what is now one of the leading manufacturers of welded steel tubing in the industry. To create something of quality you need the finest raw materials. Steel tubing is no exception; you need to start with the best steel strip available. That’s why we only use prime CR Comm, HRPO, Galvanized and HR Steel Products. But we don’t stop there. By using our own slitting line, we can inspect the steel prior to forming and welding, ensuring maximum flexibility and control. Finally we employ state-of-the-art frequency welders to create the strongest, most precise welds imaginable for superior tube strength and integrity. Once the manufacturing process is complete, our Quality Control department performs a broad range of analytical tests to ensure each tube Searing Industries produces meets the high quality standards we expect. The result? The highest quality product for our customers.

As you would expect, we can cut to length, dimple-free, off our any of our tube mills. But that’s not all. We also feature a complete cut and debur division that delivers a high-quality, burr-free precision cut. Our tube mill and our cut and debur division will work 24 hours a day, seven days a week if necessary to honor our commitment to your order. No other manufacturer can make this promise. We also maintain one of the largest finished inventories in the industry, which means many orders can be delivered same or next day by Searing’s own fleet of delivery trucks. True just-in-time service at its best.
The Specs you demand. The variety you deserve.
All Searing Industries metal tubing conforms to ASTM-513 specifications. We offer round tubing in numerous diameters and gauges as well as in five steel finishes. Our shaped tubing conforms to ASTM A 500 Grade B or A-513 specifications. We also produce a variety of squares and rectangles in numerous sizes and gauges, in CRCQ, HRPO or Galvanized finishes.
