To create and produce something of quality, you must start with the finest raw materials and the best processes to manufacture that product. Steel tubing is no exception and that is why we use only the finest prime, CRCQ, HRPO, galvanized and HR steel products. But we don’t stop there! By using our own slitting lines, we are able to inspect the steel prior to forming, welding and finishing which ensures maximum integrity, flexibility and control. Finally, we employ state of the art frequency welders to create the strongest most precise welds imaginable for superior tube strength. Once the manufacturing process is complete, our Quality Control department performs a broad range of analytical tests to ensure each tube Searing Industries produces meets the highest standards possible. We have literally endless possibilities regarding services towards supplying processed, value-added production ready steel tubing. We can cut to length, dimple-free off all of our tube mills. We feature a complete, extensive cut and deburr division that delivers high quality, burr-free precision cut tubing products. With a philosophy our tube mills and cutting divisions will work 24 hours a day, seven days a week if necessary to honor our delivery commitments to you, our valued customer. No other manufacturer can make that promise! We maintain one of the largest finished inventories in the industry, which means many orders can be delivered on the same day. Searing maintains a beautiful fleet of delivery trucks that spell out what true, just in time service is all about. All Searing Industries metal tubing conforms to ASTM-513 specifications. We offer round tubing in numerous diameters and gauges as well as in five steel finishes. Our shaped tubing conforms to ASTM A 500 grade B or A-513 specifications. We also produce a variety of square and rectangular tubing in numerous sizes and gauges in CRCQ, HRPO or Galvanized finishes.
