Cut to Length Capabilities
Our 5 mechanical tube mills can hold a cutting tolerance of ± 1/32 on any length between 3 feet and 30 feet. In addition, our company has 5 brand new state of the art re-cut machines. These machines hold the same ± 1/32 tolerance and are capable of cutting 1,000 pieces every hour. Our recut machines can cut as small as 3 inches and up to 144”. Our machines are very efficient, produce a quality product and cut tubes are packaged exactly how the customer orders.
