Laser Processing
The ability to cut tubes and profiles with large diameters and wall thicknesses without sacrificing productivity. We can laser holes, slots, notches and custom cutouts to finished 20' lengths.
Material Capacity
We have the ability to work with material from 3/4" to 4" round, square and rectangle as well as a wall thickness up to 1/4". We are able to manufacture the tube to the specified length and produce a quality finished part.

New tube designs are constantly being developed that reduce or simplify supplemental production steps. The use of inserts, tabs and plug-in connections reduce the need for weld fixtures and in many cases, eliminate the need for welding processes. Positioning aids such as tabs and cutouts facilitate component production while eliminating assembly errors.
