A wide variety of end finishing options are available for our customers who require these additional quality standards. Our two facilities are equipped with some of the finest chamfering machines in the industry. These machines are capable of producing an outside/inside chamfer, just inside or just outside. Via these same machines, we are able to also face any size tubing from 5/8” round up to 4″ round and in all wall thicknesses.
Our brush deburr line is available for larger squares and rectangles to remove all excess burr. Vital for our customers who entrust us with the finish on their exposed parts, this service is always available for any customer wanting to limit the possibility of a small burr.
