Our ERW pipe piling adheres to ASTM A252 in Grades 2 and 3. We specialize in the most utilized sizes of 10.75” OD and 12.75” OD, along with 8.625” OD in response to needs of our customers. As with all Searing products, our responsiveness and production flexibility are what set us apart from others who demand customers adhere to a rigid rolling schedule.
QUALITY TOLERANCES
- Weight: Weight must not vary more than 15% over or 5% under
- Straightness: 1/8″ x length (in feet), divided by five
- Outside Dimension (OD): Outside diameter shall not vary more than ±1% from the specified outside diameter
- Wall Thickness: Wall thickness at any point shall not be more than 12.5% under the specified nominal wall thickness
