The ability to cut tubes and profiles with large diameters and wall thicknesses without sacrificing productivity. We can laser holes, slots, notches and custom cutouts to finished 20′ lengths.
We have the ability to work with material from 3/4″ to 4″ round, square and rectangle as well as a wall thickness up to 1/4″. We are able to first manufacture the tube to your specified length to best produce a quality, finished part.
Compared to conventional processes such as sawing, scribing, drilling, milling and punching, laser cutting provides a level of productivity the others can’t reach. Laser processing often optimizes fabrication and cutting by making it a single operation, leading to substantially lower costs for you. New tube designs are constantly being developed that reduce or simplify supplemental production steps. The use of inserts, tabs and plug-in connections have reduced the need for weld fixtures and, in many cases, eliminated the need for welding processes. Positioning aids such as tabs and cutouts facilitate component production while eliminating assembly errors, all increasing your productivity.
